Herringbone Parlour

The ATL herringbone feeding system is designed to suit any parlour simply by choosing the appropriate hopper from the extensive range and fitting the standard feeder unit.

 

Specifications:

  • Feeder Dimensions - 470 x 270 x 115mm (18.5 x 10.6 x 4.5")

  • Nominal 12vDC motor, diodes pre-fitted, motor electrically isolated, common negative or positive, timed running, power supply entry through grommet on either side of feeder

  • Heavy duty steel construction with rolled edges for extra strength and safety - 18 swg galvanised or stainless steel

  • Stainless steel rivets, bushes and bolts used throughout for a long, corrosion free life

  • Simple, postive fixing system provides fast isntallation and easy maintenance

  • Fixings - Six M6 stainless steel bolts, cutoff and calibration slides supplied

  • Chute / downpipe - 76mm (3") OD flange

Abreast Parlour

With its unique modular design, the ATL abreast feeder will fit just about any parlour, even old 'shovel' based layouts - with the minimum of fuss and upheaval.

Rotary Parlour

The ATL rotary parlour feeder is designed to deliver rations at high speed into the centre of mangers on rotary milking platforms.

Micro MS3 Parlour Control
Our most advanced parlour feeding control the Micro MS3 is a simple and easy to use memory feeder control.  The Micro MS3 can be connected to a wide range of optional extras including parlour auto-id, automatic drafting gates, milk meters and Cowculator dairy animal management software.  
 
Designed for use in both herringbone and abreast parlours the integration of the Micro MS3 controller allows for easy management and monitoring of your animals feed, health and medicine use.  As the animals enter the parlour, you just key in the animal number and press feed, the correct ration is delivered to the next available stall on the current parlour side
​

  • Memory can store up to 999 animals

  • 6 health attentions - AI, vet, mastitis, dry, test, bulling and slow - optional animal already fed attention

  • Milking totals available - current day yield for animal, previous day yield for animal, current day yield for herd/flock and animals with percentage milk yield variation

  • Manage your animals using feed and yield history over multiple lactations

  • Monitor animals health and medicine use

  • Feed to yield and feeding based on days in milk

As a replacement to the AutoXL Control, the Auto Feeder has a number of new features including:

  • Availablability with 16 feeder outputs per side

  • Feeds on both sides at the same time

  • Total showing amount of feed left in the feed bin

  • Low feed warning - alarms when feed left in feed bin drops below user set level

  • Ethernet communications

  • Comprehensive error reporting providing easy fault diagnosis
